Slope Events

The slopes will once again feature the familiar and much-loved elements of Heat Wave.
This year, the Slope Aurinko will host the hottest park in the universe, where new dimensions enable creative riding. Expect intense competitions, pushing your limits, and above all, pure springtime enjoyment.

Heat Wave Area & Restaurant Aurinko

At the Restaurant Aurinko event area, you can expect a variety of activities and surprises that make the day about much more than just riding.

Last year’s terrace favorite is back!
The crowd-winning DJ collective Humppaseura returns once again to deliver an unpredictable set and great vibes over two days.

After Wave x 1664 @ Ski Pub Ala-asema backroom

A whole new dimension opens behind the doors of Ski Pub Ala-asema as multiple artists take the stage over the evenings. The venue’s urban details, including mini skate ramp, create a truly unique atmosphere for the afterparty.

Friday Lineup

Kukkatalo
Finland’s most talked-about indie band blends indie rock, rap, and funk in a wild and distinctive way. Their high-energy shows pull the crowd fully in, leaving behind a surge that sweeps the After Wave audience off their feet.

Veto Bois
A seven-member All Mountain Rock orchestra from Ruka, whose wild and spontaneous rock’n’roll show is loved by the entire skiing crowd. With Veto Bois, everyone sings, dances, and parties so hard that even on Monday it’s still VETO BOIS!

Humppaseura
An electronic music DJ collective known from forests, clubs, abandoned tunnels, and the Heat Wave terrace. Their musical journey can unexpectedly veer onto strange—but perfectly fitting—tracks.

Saturday Lineup

Vitun Helmi
Now this is some seriously beautiful pearl (Helmi)! After Wave artist lineup just keeps getting stronger.
This band refuses to be boxed into a single style — their influences come from all directions, all tied together with their signature heavy blues twist. Their instrumental tracks take the listener on an emotional rollercoaster.

Are
Are, a veteran of the Jyväskylä rap scene and founding member of the KPC collective, will hit the stage on Saturday. Are is known as one of the most skilled rappers in Finland, with freestyle abilities on a whole different level.

DJ superheroelias
Superheroelias is a rising electronic music DJ from Southern Finland, whose sets offer something for everyone. His performances are packed with high-energy sound that keeps the dance floor moving all night long. If you were at Heat Wave last year, you know exactly what I mean!
